What an amazing month we had. I know I always start this post with the weather. I am not Irish but you do integrate quite quickly and start talking about the weather a lot. It’s not that we always have a lot of sunshine in this country. We get a lot of rain so to have a whole month of glorious weather it’s nice for a change.
I don’t remember being outside in the garden and in the estate in general as much as we did in the month of May. There is one good thing about it… the kids will definitely sleep better and they do. Fresh air is always the best medicine. We haven’t been really out to explore the local parks or forest. It has been quite busy. Hopefully June will be more of a quiet month, particularly at the weekend as this the only time we get some family time together.
This month Me and Mine family portrait was taken outside the front lawn which is right across from our house. They have only recently cut the grass, so it’s nice to be able get out now and let the kids run free. I picked up two frisbees for €2 each the other day and Matthew was definitely entertained for ages.
