We are in the final hours of the year 2018. It was a good one. Not too much action like the previous year but still plenty of adventures and experiences for the kids. 2019 will be a busy one for us. Hopefully we will be going on a Summer holiday as the last one has been two years.
I’ll be honest, some of the months I wasn’t motivated enough to take a family photo so that is the reason why I am missing three months. However December was so busy, we ended up taking loads of family photos which made up for the ones we missed over the last few months.
December is always a busy and hectic month, for everyone I am sure. Buying all the presents, getting organised, plan the food shopping etc., so much to do. I was actually really organised this month and it wasn’t too stressful at all.
Daddy was loving:
- Plenty of tennis
- Catching up with friends after Christmas
- Retro cinema (watching “Santa Claus” in the car)
- Work Christmas Party
- Afternoon Tea for tenth anniversary in Killashee House Hotel
Mammy was loving:
- A weekend away in Belfast with my friend Sandra
- Blizzard concert and dinner with Karoline
- Getting Christmas nails done
- Work Christmas party
- Retro cinema (watching “Santa Claus” in the car)
- Afternoon Tea for tenth anniversary in Killashee House Hotel
Matthew was loving:
- Staying up late for the Late Late Toy Show
- Santa Experience in Athy and meeting Santa
- Meeting Santa in daddy’s work
- Retro cinema (watching “Santa Claus” in the car)
- His Mario Kart race track he got from Santa and all the other presents
Chloe was loving:
- Retro cinema (watching “Santa Claus” in the car)
- Baking Christmas biscuits with mummy
- All her presents she received from Santa and parents including her Baby Born and new doll pram
- Her Snowman bedding set
- Hot chocolate
- Play date with her best friend
Same as last year, I created a collage of all family photos from this year.
