What smashing weather we have right now. It’s definitely not just me who has the urge to go outside and go to the beach or just be in this beautiful sunshine. Weather like this makes me just want to go and explore. There are many road trips I still want to do but haven’t got around to it yet.

If you read the news, you will know that another heat wave is on the horizon. This time it will reach up to 31 degrees in places. The Irish certainly like to talk about their weather. And somehow you just easily integrate into it. Nice weather instantly changes your mood… for me anyway.

Working full-time can be hard some days. I need a very strict routine to make sure the kids are ready in the morning for creche/school and fed before heading out the door. Once I return from work, its off to collect them and we have about two hours before it’s bedtime again. We are managing well for now anyways.
