Recently I got the opportunity to test out a few baby products from Organix.
If you haven’t heard of Organix before, they do delicious fruit pots, cereals, snacks and much more. Check out their website for all the different flavours and variety. Their promise is the junk challenge. They are encouraging parents to cook fresh and healthy.
We were sent fruit pots, baby rice and banana and mango porridge.
I haven’t tried the baby rice because at the same we got it, Chloe was already half weaned. But to any parents out there who are about to start the weaning journey, I can’t recommend Organix’s baby rice enough. On the side of each cereal box it is explained how many spoons of cereal you add and how much of baby’s milk. This can be increased as desired when your baby is ready to have bigger portions.
As Chloe wasn’t feeling well the last few days due to a little tummy bug, it was great to have the fruit pot in the house as she always eats that. In fact she could live on fruit pot the whole day, that’s how much she loves it. Every pack comes with 4 pots and 2 different flavours. We received 2x apple & peach and 2x apple & strawberry. I wasn’t too sure if she is going to like the flavour of strawberry yet but because there was apple in too she loved it. There is always a packs of fruit pot in our press now. At the moment we are on apple & blueberry.
When Matthew was smaller he used to love these fruit pots too and especially when I mixed them into his ready brek or weetabix.
Organix have 4 different stages for their baby food:
– Stage Early Weaning (4-6 months +)
– Stage 2 Moving On (7 months +)
– Stage 3 Growing Up (10 months +)
– Toddler (12 months +)
I am looking forward to test out more of the different stages in the near future, so keep an eye on my blog for more yumminess.
*Disclosure: I was sent these products for the purpose of the review. Any opinion given is my very own.
