Matthew loves books. He welcomes any new book in the house. If I ordered one or got one on the day, he insists on reading it that evening before bed time.
I discovered an amazing book company on Twitter recently and thought I should sample it. I ordered a book called “The little Boy who lost his name”. It is a very personalized book. The company behind this is Lost My Name.
How it works: On their website all you do is enter your child’s name. You can then preview the personalized tale online.
Content: The book is about a courageous child who woke up in the middle of the night and forgot his name. He is wandering through the world of wonderful creatures. These creatures are giving him a letter each to form his name again.
So yesterday evening 8pm we all sat down on the couch and started reading. Matthew really enjoyed it.
To find the little boys name again the creatures we met on our reading journey were a Mermaid (M), an Aardvark (A), a troll (T), a tarantula (T), a hippo (H), an elephant (E) and a wizard (W). So as you can see depending on the name of your child the team at Lost my name are putting a lot of effort into these books,
The book is €23.99. It’s really worth it if your little one is into books and tales.
Disclosure: I was sent this book for the purpose of a review, My opinion and photos are my very own.

I don’t think so because I’ll be ordering my second child one too once she is old enough and her name is only 5 letters and in the preview didn’t look like any add ons. You could ask them though before purchasing I’d say.
I love this idea, do you know if they bulk it out a bit if your little one has a short name??
