Jingle this Christmas with Ella’s Kitchen‏

2015-11-09 08.35.40

This year Ella’s Kitchen has teamed up with “Save the Children” and has created something really special for our little ones. It is coming in just in time for this Christmas.  The new Christmas Dinner pouch.

From the sale of each Ella’s Kitchen jingle belly Christmas Dinner pouch, 30p will be donated to “Save the Children’s award-winning Families and Schools Together programme (FAST)” which promotes the importance of family meal time and the positive impact this can have on little one’s development.

FAST aims to build stronger bonds between parents, schools and communities to make sure children get the support they need to fulfill their potential at school and in life.

The scrummy limited edition jingle belly Christmas pouch is suitable for babies from 7 months onwards and includes turkey with all the trimmings which are potatoes, broccoli, parsnips, carrots, cranberries and even sprouts. My little lady will certainly enjoy this even at then 10 months. She would be still too young to eat the normal Christmas Dinner we would have, so I am delighted to be able to get this and she is not left out in any way.

The pouch is available in store since September and can be bought at Asda, Boots & Sainsbury at a cost of £1.39.

Disclaimer: I was sent two pouches for the purpose of this post and to raise awareness for this project.

We love a few Ella pouches this sounds great although we’re doing both puree and babyled so hopefully as he’ll be a week off his 1st birthday at Christmas he’ll just have our dinner! Xx

We are huge fans of Ella’s Kitchen range and I think we may purchase an emergency pouch of this for Christmas Day .Rowan is 16 months old but he’s awfully picky with his food and I can’t see him wanting to eat a Christmas dinner with us so we may have to cheat a bit and have this as a back up.

It’s great that Ella’s Kitchen has teamed up with Save the Children, they are a great company for working with charities.

Sounds like it’s a good cause.

Although we didn’t do puree, we baby led weaned, so N was quite happy digging into his first christmas dinner at 10.5 months old.

Reasonably priced and I am so pleased to hear that all the big brands are not getting on board and doing their bit for charity, Save The Children is such a worthy cause to support!xx

Ahh these are such a cute idea for little ones! I`m definitely going to pick one up for my little fella. Hes just about old enough to perhaps have some of our xmas dinner mushed up, but just incase (he struggles a bit with lumps) i`ll have one of those in – thanks for letting me know about them!

I think this is a lovely idea for little ones and if mine were still weaning, I’d definitely buy them one – anything to help make life a little easier 😉

What a great idea. My daughter will just about be old enough for one of these at Christmas.

They were probably yucky years ago but they have improved a lot. How I know that is because Matthew used to get jars but now Chloe is getting those pouches daily. Tastes the same to be honest. I think what most parents puts them off is the price. But the time of buying these and cooking dinner for a 3 year old and a 9 months old is a huge difference.

Ah yeah everybody has a different opinion on them. I prefer them to jars. They are handy and quick.

I’ll be honest, I ain’t a fan of pouches however this is a brilliant campaign and I hope they raise loads!!

There are such a great range of these pouches about now and they are certainly easy and convenient when out and about.

I love the idea of this. My son isn’t the best eater and is beyond this type of food now but I would have loved to have bought this for him when he was weaning. Such a fantastic idea for younger babies.

I have never fed either of mine a jar or pouch of food simply because they taste yucky, in my opinion. this does sound delicious though and I know over the years the tastes have become a lot nicer.

We got this for our little lad last year, it was lovely to be able to share Christmas dinner with him when he was too young to have it properly – all of the goodness and tradition and no need to puree turkey and ham!

Wow this sounds amazing, having Christmas dinner with all the trimmings in a little pouch of goodness
