How are you all getting on with your Christmas shopping? Have you got most of it done or are you a kind of last minute person? At the weekend we were busy decorating the house and getting into the Christmas spirit. Of course the stockings above the stove can’t be missing. In November I have shared a few gift guides with you. Ideas for stocking fillers was something I haven’t done yet. Hopefully the gifts I picked below, might give you some help.
1. Christmas Tree to Be
Why not grow your own Christmas tree come Spring. This cute little tin includes seeds to grow a Scotch Pine Christmas tree. It’s a gift that keeps on giving. Maybe you know someone that is into gardening. Definitely something unusual to gift them with.
2. Wooden Tic Tac Toe Set
The good old days of playing tic tac toe in school on a piece of paper. Hours of fun. Why not try out this wooden version of the game. This is handcrafted in India.
3. Farm Animal Blocks
Something for the little people in the house. I love wooden toys. It’s probably because back in my days there was more wooden toys than anything else. Plus they are very robust and not easy to break. These blocks are super cute and are farm themed. Any toddler will love them and make up stories with them. It also comes with backdrops.
4. Fidget Block
these linked blocks invite you to twist your way toward serpentine shapes and patterns. Make a snake, a swan, a sphere, and many more clever creations to liven up your desktop. Its colorful wood segments strung on elastic provide endlessly addictive fidgeting fun.
5. Brainteasers
Get your thinking caps on and let the brain work for a bit. It’s very important to keep your brain active. There are four sets. Alice Adventure’s in Wonderland, Peter Pan and Wendy, Treasure Island and Wizard of Oz. It’s suitable for children from the age of eight but I’d love something like this too to be honest.
6. Hole in One Golf Mug
And surely we can’t forget about the man in our life, the daddy, the husband. On your tea or coffee break why not play a bit of golf. This hole in one mug is the perfect gift for any golf fan. It comes with a ball and a club that turns into a pen.
